Each piece of such Furniture is, thus, unique, and there is a possibility of slight differences between the picture and the actual product.
Please check the dimensions of your entrance/door to your premise before buying, so that there is no problem in getting the product inside at the time of delivery. In such a situation, we will not be able to accept return or cancellation requests. Certain items require no assembly and can be used as-is. For this, please check the item details. Wherever we assist with assembly, the carpenter visits will be scheduled.
On Delivery: Our support and delivery team will be in coordination with you for a hassle-free installation process.
Free delivery is only applicable for the very first attempt on a visit to your ship-to address. In case of a missed delivery, (from a customer)/ an extra visiting charge would be applicable for later installation. Our delivery partner shall only deliver the product to the ground floor in the absence of a service lift in your apartment. (if applicable)
Extra charges applicable for weekend or specific time deliveries. Once the order has reached your nearest delivery center and you fail to receive the products, we would hold the products for 10 days, after this time line, ddassstore.com shall be free to charge or cancel the order.

Please contact us immediately if: You received a damaged or defective product, bring it in the notice of delivery personnel immediately at the time of delivery and report a complaint at customer care at care@ddassstore.com. Damage & defect will be assessed in 72 hours’, and a solution will be provided. If in the opinion of D’DASS Store, the product is broken, it may be returned/replaced, or any other corrective measure may be taken, as deemed appropriate by ddassstore, to address the issue.

Does my D’DASS Store furniture require Installation?
The Installation is depended upon the structure and built of the product; however, any of the followings could match your purchase.

Any furniture that requires expert installation help, for which we offer assembly services across enlisted cities such as Delhi (NCR), Mumbai, Bangalore, Pune, Hyderabad & Chennai and all major cities in India.
Is my Installation Free Of Cost?
Yes, the installation is done at the time of delivery, but if the products get delivered early through our 3rd party logistics, then we ensure our installation team arrives at the location within 24-48 hours to initiate the process. Also, we shall not be responsible for providing installation of wall mount TV unit, study table, wall shelf etc. D’DASS Store doesn’t recommend you to pay any extra amount asked by delivery person. If paid, we shall not be accountable for any type of reimburse.
Is my delivery Free Of Cost?
Yes, the delivery service is free for all major cities in India. For some specific pin codes, (in which we don’t deliver), kindly get in touch with our support team.
What is the warranty period for my furniture / wooden temple?
This product comes with a 6 months warranty which covers manufacturing defects, inherent termite and borer issues.
This Limited Warranty Does Not Apply To:
Small cuts, scratches or damage during the cleaning process
Damaged caused by the incorrect installation of a product
Cracks during the random displacement
Product kept in contact to direct sunlight and water, resulting in decaying of wood
With time solid woods are encountered by minor cracks, called as checks, which are not included in faults and warranty as these checks do not hamper the life of a product.
As per the industry standards, unevenness up to 5 mm can happen because of the difference in surfaces and floor levels. In that case, there is not a warranty.
There is no warranty on upholstery/ coverings/ cushion covers.
Is my product composed of 100% solid wood?
The base composition of the furniture product is made using solid wood. On the other hand, certain specific furniture’s back panel structures or drawers back panels and wooden temples are composed of secondary components such as MDF, Ply, Veneer or partial board that is better suited.
Does my wood finish and fabric color arrive the same as on website?
We ensure to deliver the perfect furniture & product as you see & order. There might be possibilities you shall experience a slight variation in fabric color and wood finish, considering the displayed resolution can create a minor difference in the physical product. The different display resolution could account as a cause of the difference in the product.
Am I promised a doorstep delivery for my order?
A doorstep delivery can be availed, in case of small products and an available service lift at your location that would be sufficient to accommodate the furniture. Otherwise, a ground floor delivery is applicable.
Is my purchase amount inclusive of all taxes?
Yes, all the offered products prices are inclusive of all the taxes with free delivery and installation.
Do I need to submit any documents for receiving my delivery?
Yes, if required, you need to submit the ID proof of the concerned person.
What is the estimated time for a delivery ?
Decor Products: Team D’DASS Store is dedicated to dispatch your products within the 3 to 7 working days. The timeline varies according to the products, If the product is available in the inventory, it may get dispatched earlier to the given time line.
Furniture Products: Team D’DASS Store is dedicated to dispatch your products within the 4 to 5 weeks. The timeline varies according to the products, it may extend the given time line as the products are manufactured from the scratch. If the product is available in the inventory, it may get dispatched earlier to the given time line.
Custom Made Products: In case of tailor made products, it may extend the given time line as the products are manufactured from the scratch.
However, in case of exceptional situations like transport strike, riots, natural calamities (like rains, flood, earthquakes, etc.), it might happen that the estimate delivery time may exceed than the promised timeline. In such situations; you will be given updates about your products, and D’DASS Store will be responsible to keep your products on priority and deliver at earliest as possible. Wipe off the dirt with a soft cotton cloth. Also avoid using the excess water for cleaning, take moistened cloth to wipe off the dirt.
Avoid chemical contact with the product as it may harm the natural finish and further the durability. Also, make sure to avoid application of polyurethane paints on the product.
Scratches, burns, residue and any other surface damage can be taken off with a fine-grit sandpaper. Reapply mineral oil after sanding.
