Shipping to any location in territorial India is absolutely free. We provide you with a tracking number as well along with the shipping confirmation email and SMS. Unfortunately, this does not include Andaman & Nicobar and the Lakshadweep Islands or any international destinations. WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER TO ARRIVE

We process and ship every order within 2 working days. Your order will get delivered within 6-8 Business Days after dispatch, depending on your location in India. In some cases, it may take longer to receive the shipment depending on your accessibility. Some Products/Category may not come under this criteria and may take 3-5 week for manufacturing.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Am I promised a doorstep delivery for my order?

A doorstep delivery can be availed, in case of small products and an available service lift at your location that would be sufficient to accommodate the furniture. Otherwise, a ground floor delivery is applicable. For heavy furniture items, the door delivery will be considered as Ground floor/premises delivery & not inside the house.
On exceptional cases, Extra shipping charges need to paid directly to cargo person at the time of upper floor delivery.We shall not be liable for any damages/issues occurred in attempting upper floor delivery as this is not a part of our service.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I HAVE MENTIONED A WRONG ADDRESS/ PIN CODE OR ZIPCODE
We do not take responsibility for delivery of the orders if the address mentioned is wrong or the pin code of the address is not mentioned accurately. It is mandatory to mention correct pin code or zip code of the area & contact number of the recipient. If any of the above are not provided or provided incorrectly, the order may not get delivered timely, or in worst cases, not get delivered at all. In such cases, where the order is not delivered, the amount received from you is automatically refunded to the customers’ account after deduction of shipping charges incurred on delivery attempt within 7 days of receipt of the product back in our warehouse.
