If your card is debited by mistake, you need not to worry. Please make sure of the following at your end –

If yes, and it shows a failed transaction message then please note a failed transaction is normally rolled back within 7 business days. How Can I Pay EMI Using Credit Card ?

How does EMI as the Payment Method work ?

Customers enter the necessary details on the Checkout and select EMI as the option. From the EMI options available, customers select EMI on Cards. On entering the credit card details, all the valid EMI plans are displayed. Customers select the required EMI plan and proceed to complete the payment.

What are the standard credit card interest rates charged by the banks ?

The interest rates charged by various banks for each of the tenures are provided for your reference. The minimum transaction amount for which EMIs are applicable can vary for each bank. The maximum amount is dependent on the card limit set by the issuing bank.

How will the customers know that they are eligible for Debit card EMI ?

Eligible customers can view the option on the Checkout under EMI option. However, as the eligibility criteria can vary for each bank or can be changed by the banks periodically, it is recommended that the customers reach out to their respective banks to check if they are eligible or not.

What is the minimum balance required in the customer's account to avail Debit card EMI ?

The interest rates applied by each bank for debit card EMIs are provided for your reference. The minimum transaction amount for which EMIs can be availed on debit cards can vary for each bank. How can I track my order shipment?

Orders, once processed and shipped can be tracked using the consignment/tracking number, commonly referred to as the AWB number. You can track your order in two ways –

1. After you log in to your ddassstore.com account, go to your ‘My Account’ page and find the order number your wish to track. Click on ‘Track my order’ to see real-time updates of your shipment status. Please note that this link becomes valid only after 24 hours from the dispatch of your order.

2. Alternately, you may track your order through our order shipment email which provides a direct link to track your order real-time on the service provider’s website In cases where our website can’t link to the courier service providers’ website real time, we will share the AWB number and provider’s name with you via email and on your account page. To track your shipment status, all you need to do is:

Shipping Policy

What are the shipping charges on ddassstore.com.com?

For the best customer experience, we are offering free shipping on every product in INDIA. For some specific pin codes, (in which we don’t deliver), there maybe extra “ODA charges” and you maybe asked to pay those charges. After receiving your order, our team will contact you via mail for confirmation and In case of “No-confirmation” from you end, team will cancel the order and refund the amount after deducting “Payment Processing fee” 5%. Do the Shipping charges vary on the number of items purchased/weight of the order?

We offer free shipping all over India.

How long will it take to receive the ordered products?

We process and ship every order within 2 working days. Your order will get delivered within 6-8 Business Days depending on your location in India. In some cases, it may take longer to receive the shipment depending on your accessibility. Some Products/Category may not come under this criteria and may take 3-5 week for manufacturing.

I was delivered a damaged/defective product. What do I do?

ddassstore.com employs some of the finest standards when it comes to product quality checks before dispatching a product. In an improbable incident of damaged/defective product delivered, please note that we expect you to inform us within the 24-48 hours of the delivery. We won’t be able to entertain and honor any requests/complaints informed beyond this time window.

What if I refuse to receive Product delivery?

If you choose to refuse the delivery of the product for any reason, the refund will be made after deducting the Reverse shipping charges, we incur to ship the product back to our warehouse, forward shipping charges, we incur to ship the product to you and also any other charges incurred by us regarding the order including but not limited to any demand notice raised by any authority. If the return charges and forward shipping charges are higher than the order refund amount, no refund will be made and necessary action for Recovery will be made.

Cancellation Policy

What is ddassstore.com’s Cancellation Policy?

You can cancel an order until it has been processed at our Warehouse through our Website, Mobile Site or App or any other source. In case of cancellation request of Non-customized order, we deduct ” 5% Payment Processing fee”. In case of cancellation, we refund the amount, after deducting the same. This includes items purchased on sale also. Any amount paid will be credited into the same payment mode using which the payment was made. No Cancellation or Changes of customized goods and Solid Wood Products is possible once the order has been confirmed and sent into production. Customization also includes the addition of extra legs, bells, hooks etc. to the Mandir / Wooden Home Temple, Solid wood Mandirs & Furniture products. These special-order/Made to order items are made to your individual specifications; therefore, we cannot accept cancellation request/returns or exchanges. Personalized items cannot be returned, exchanged or canceled at any time and are nonrefundable. Custom orders begin production immediately upon order and are built to your specifications. They cannot be cancelled, changed, returned or refunded at any time for any reason. In case of unforeseen circumstances like Strike/Emergency situation/Covid-19 like disease/Lockdown and its negative impact on availability of human resource, your placed order and especially Solid wood Mandirs, Furniture products, customized goods and Solid Wood Product related orders, may take more time than shown on our website and may also cause delay in dispatch/delivery. These should not considered as service/Non-commitment issue, therefor we don’t classify it as  “Cancellation reason” as well as don’t consider it as “Cancellation reason”.

Other than 4-6 Weeks approx production timeline, we also have 10-15 days labor holiday on 'Holi/Raksha-Bandhan/Deepawali/any other Hindu festival. Kindly consider the holidays if the Production time is clashing with these holidays and these days are not considered under working days. Our team try their best to deliver it timely but due to 'Holi/Raksha-Bandhan/Deepawali/any other festival, delivery may take longer time than usual or maybe delivered after committed date/festival, these should not considered "Non-commitment issue", we are not liable for "Delay in delivery".

August-September in each year is monsoon season, slight delay is also expected in rainy season (if heavy consistent rains/humid weather) as woodwork & polishing gets affected.

Can I modify the shipping address of my order after it has been placed?

No, you cannot modify the order yourself after placing an order on ddassstore.com Please get in touch with [email protected], should you have any shipping address change request. Please note that the shipping address can only be changed before your order has been packed at our Warehouse.

How do I cancel my order?

You need to be logged into your ddassstore.com account to cancel an order. Once you are logged in, tap on ‘My Orders’ section under the ‘My Account’ section and then select the order you want to cancel.

I just cancelled my order. When will I receive my refund?

If you had placed the order using Cash on Delivery, there is no amount to be refunded at our end as you haven’t paid for the order yet. For payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking or Wallets you will receive refund (including Shipping Charges) into the ddassstore.com’s account funds within 2 business days from the time of order cancellation. If payment was made by redeeming ddassstore.com store credit, refund will be initiated into your ddassstore.com Credits account within 1-2 days of your cancellation.

What is D’DASS’s 3 days return policy? How does it work?

Return request can be accepted only in case where there is a material defect / damage found in the product. In case you receive a damaged product (at the time of delivery), please bring it to the notice of the delivery personnel immediately and put a remark on receipt. Also inform us within 3 working days about the same and we will assess the issue and will get back to you within 3 working days. In case you notice an issue later after opening the package, please write to us within 3 working days at [email protected]. Our team will assess the damage and get back to you within 3 working days. Depending on the degree of damage, we will either repair the product, or offer you a replacement. After 3 days window (in case, you report an issue after 3 working days), we won’t be able to assist you and No claim for damage or breakage will be entertained if lodged after 3 working days from the date of delivery. No claim for damaged goods can be entertained unless a claim is received in writing at [email protected] within 3 working days of receipt of goods by our customer with the pictures and video of unpackaging of boxes. If in the opinion of ddassstore.com the Product is defective, the Product may be replaced or any other corrective measure may be taken, as deemed appropriate by the representative of ddassstore.com, to address the issue. However, if in the opinion of ddassstore.com there is no defect in the Product, ddassstore.com shall return the same Product back to You and no further action will be taken. ddassstore.com shall have the sole right to determine whether a Product is defective or not. We only ask that you don’t use the product and preserve its original condition, tags and packaging. You are welcome to try on a product but please take adequate measures to preserve its condition. There are two ways to return the product to us: 1. Pick up: In most locations, we offer a free pick up service. You will see a pickup option when you submit a return request 2. Self-Ship: If we don’t offer a pick up at your location, you will have to ship the product to us. In such cases, we will credit Rs. 1000 into your D’DASS Store account fund if the product satisfies the return policy Once we pick up and receive your returned product, we will do a quality check of the product at our end and when the product passes the quality check we will credit the amount you paid for the products into the ddassstore.com’s account fund. If the picked up product does not pass the quality check, we will ship it back to you. All exchanges are subject to stock availability and subject to your address being serviceable for an exchange. Please note that we are only able to offer size exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternate product, we suggest that you return it to obtain store credit and purchase the new item separately. The following EXCEPTIONS and RULES apply to this Policy: 3. How do I place an exchange request on D’DASS?

If you want to exchange products purchased from ddassstore.com, please follow the below-mentioned steps: 1. Under our Exchange Policy, we suggest that you return it to obtain store credit and purchase the new item separately. 2. Place the product in a packet and seal it. Please ensure the product is unused, well packed with all the tags intact. 3. Hand over the original product to our delivery staff once he/she arrives for the return pick-up 4. Once the product is received at our warehouse and passes the necessary quality checks, we will ship the requested exchange to you. Does D’DASS pick up the product I want to return from my location?

Currently, we pick up products only from selected PIN Codes. If your area pin code is serviceable, you will be able to select the pickup option when you create a Return Request on App/Website/M-site. Please note the following salient points – 1. We will pick up the return within 4 – 7 business days from the request placement date 2. Please keep the return shipment ready

How do I return multiple products from a single order?

1. If you are returning multiple products from a single order together, we will generate a single Return ID for all products and you will receive an e-mail confirmation for the same 2. If you wish to return another product from a single order at a later date, still within the 15 days return policy, we will accept your return but we will not arrange a reverse pick-up for the second time. The subsequent returns for the same order will be self-shipped by you and no reimbursement for the same will be provided by us in any form

I returned my order and received store credits. How do I apply them?

1. Once you return a product to us, we will add the value of your order (Minus any Shipping and/or COD charges, if applicable) back in your account as ddassstore.com account fund. You can use your account fund for further shopping with us.

2. Once you select the product/products to buy and add to bag, automatically a store credit tab will reflect the store credits utilized by you on the checkout page, and the total amount to be paid by you will be calculated after deducting the store credits in your ddassstore.com account fund.

3. Please note, you need to be signed in with your registered ddassstore.com ID to view and utilize your store credits.

How long will it take for me to receive the refund of my returned product?

1. The entire return request to refund completed journey will take 3-5 business days

2. We will pick up the return within 4 – 7 days from the request placement date

3. The return takes about 6 – 8 business days to reach our warehouse

4. Once the returned product is received at our warehouse and passes all the necessary quality checks, we will issue a refund to you. How can I Self-Ship the product to D’DASS?

If your area pin code is not serviceable for pickup, you will need to self-ship the return item via any reliable courier partner. Please ensure to place a sheet of paper with the details of Order ID and Return ID for each item included in the package. For all self-shipped returns, we will credit Rs. 1000 into your ddassstore.com’s account fund if the product satisfies the return policy.

Why did the pick-up of my product fail?

We make three attempts to pick up the item, if the item is not picked up in the third attempt, Pickup request will be marked as failed. How do International duties and taxes work?

All countries are shipped to on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means the product prices displayed are exclusive of all import duties. Any import duties or related taxes are unpaid at the time of placing the order and need to be paid by the Customer at the time of receiving the order . What is the return policy for International orders? What if, I receive damaged Product ?

Process in case of Damage Despite all the precautions and our best intentions that our shipment reaches you in the safest possible way, sometimes things are beyond our control. No matter how securely a sculpture or temple is packed, the journey to your doorstep is not in our hands and your cooperation here is of utmost importance. Steps to observe:

If you notice any external damage to the outer packing or suspect something wrong, please make sure to mention it on the delivery slip before accepting the delivery of the package from the logistics provider. Just to be on the safer side, we would go to the extent of recommending you to ask the delivery person to wait if possible while you open and inspect the contents of the package before signing the delivery receipt. If possible, please document the damage using your mobile phone or camera. Do not dispose of the packaging material and keep everything that came with the consignment for the inspection of the shipping company as well as the insurance surveyors.
