Delivery & Return Policy
Shipping and Delivery
- Free Shipping: Applies to all locations within territorial India, except for Andaman & Nicobar and Lakshadweep Islands.
- International Shipping: Available but not included in free shipping; specific inquiries should be directed to care@ddassstore.com.
- Processing Time: Orders are usually processed within 5-7 business days, potentially extending up to 7 days during busy periods.
- Delivery Time: After processing, delivery takes between 4-7 business days. A tracking number is provided via email and SMS.
Returns Policy
- Return Timeframe: Products must be returned within 3 days of receipt if they are defective or damaged.
- Return Notification: Immediate notification is required upon discovery of damage or defects, ideally to the delivery personnel and also by email to care@ddassstore.com with supporting images and videos.

Return Methods:
- Pick-Up: Available in most locations, where D’DASS will arrange for the product pickup.
- Self-Ship: If pick-up is not available, customers must ship the product back themselves. A credit of Rs. 1000 is offered if the returned product meets the return policy standards.
- Refunds and Exchanges: Upon successful return and quality check, customers can receive a refund or store credit. Exchanges are facilitated subject to stock availability.
Special Considerations
- Incorrect Address: Customers must provide accurate shipping addresses and pin codes. D’DASS is not responsible for issues arising from incorrect information. Refunds for non-delivered orders due to incorrect details will be processed minus shipping charges.
- Custom Orders: No returns, exchanges, or cancellations are possible once production has begun on customized or solid wood products.
