PRICING & AVAILABILITY
All product prices are in INR and USD sterling and are exclusive of delivery. We reserve the right to change any advertised price before accepting an order. Items with a previous price refer to prices we have previously sold the same product. All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered an alternative or given a refund for the unavailable product(s).

We guarantee that all advertised products are 100% genuine.

Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the actual product. Due to differences in monitors, colors of products may also appear different to those shown on the site. While in the process of designing/making our handmade products like Wooden temple/ Other Products, we work precisely on everything. From wooden sourcing to Wooden cutting and to final touch, we take care of every aspect. We always use quality raw materials like chemically treated Indian Rosewood (Sheesham wood)/A Grade MDF, and experienced artisans from across the various regions of India. Our artisan’s team presents the “Essence of India” in true sense.

Our every product travels through long journey because every part comes from different regions of India. Our artisan’s hard work pays off in true sense when their hard work gets compliment for you.

Our products are handmade beauty and it comes with own beauty standards. There are many misconceptions among customers regarding meaning of manufacturing defect or quality. Sometimes, misunderstanding or improper knowledge leads to unnecessary issues.

We are listing down few examples for understanding, which includes but are not limited to following-

1. White Color temple seems yellow/ Particular Part turns out to be in wood color-
Its natural quality of Sheesham wood is that it spreads or releases yellow/wood color.  Due to “Sheesham wood” natural oil, there may instance of “discoloration/brown patch” on few parts. It is not defect of product instead it is proof that it is made of Sheesham. We coat our product with various layer of chemical in order to mitigate this but in rare scenarios, it may come. Our all White wooden temples turn out to be off-white with span of time, due to the chemical used on it for its durability. These should not considered as defects or quality issue, therefor we don’t classify it as defect or quality issue as well as don’t consider it as “Return reason”

2. A) Slight difference in Color shade/ Color of Stain on Marble Finish/ Different emboss work than image shown-
Our team of artisans uses same vibrant color as shown on website but sometimes, there may be slightly variation in color scheme/pattern/shade. It is due to human’s limited efficiency and limited perfection skill. It is also due to Photography skills and various stages of editing and also due to lighting effect. You may notice that there may be slightly difference in emboss work than shown on website. It is mainly due to its handmade process. In Copper Finish- In this kind of painting/theme, a layer of Black antique is used in final stage for its look and therefore, it may vary little bit and there will be slightly difference in each of them. Because these are completely handmade products and Hand-Painted as well, these will be like this always. Since Black antique is thick layer and “brightness “ of golden color may vary and therefore, it can’t be always same. “Brightness” of golden may vary since its handmade and it won’t be same. Product has no issue and it also does not affect the overall appearance of the Puja Mandir. Kindly note that there may be slightly difference in “its shade/Emboss work/Color pattern” due to Complete “Handmade/Hand painting Process”.

In Marble Finish Product, USP of the Product is its Marble finish and stain on Marble finish may vary. We don’t classify these reasons as defect. These should not be considered as “Wrong Product” and therefore, we don’t consider it as ‘Return Reason”. Therefore, these are not to be considered as ground for Return Request.

2. B) Images shown in Clock category, is for illustration purpose only. Features or other supporting accessory may differ. Color of the dial as well Numbering Pattern may also differ or as per real-time availability. In case, you need specific “Dial pattern”, kindly add note with order. Otherwise, it will be as per Real-time availability. These should not be considered as “Wrong Product” and therefore, we don’t consider it as ‘Return Reason”. Therefore, these are not to be considered as ground for Return Request.

3. Minor scratch/Natural cut in wooden part/Minor gap in joints-
Our team of artisans works day and night with devotion to work. Even after our stringent quality check as well as our hard work, there are rare instance of scratch on product. But these rare instances are obvious due to handmade process. Our team of woodworkers always uses quality materials like sheesham wood with full devotion. There are rare instance of natural cut in wooden part, which is not quality issue. “Wooden pattern/Mark/Minor cut”, it is neither “Damaged” nor “Manufacturing issue” and it is due to ” 100% Hand-made process” and these are inevitable parts of “Puja Mandir” design, which can’t be vanished. Since these are “hand- made” as well as Not “Furniture items”, it will be in every mandir. It is just a natural cut, which is due to nature’s law, nothing else.

These should not be considered as defects or quality issue, therefor we don’t classify it as defect or quality issue as well as we doesn’t consider it as “Return reason”. Therefore, these are not be considered as grounds for Return request.

4. Regarding the “Door issue” our team understand that, it is due to “downwards/irregular slop in flooring” and there is no issue in the door. Once you place it on plain surface, then it will look/funtion perfect. Before dispatch, our team checks every part of product, including “door functioning” We assure you about wood quality and we also want to inform you that we use only “Chemically treated Seasoned wood” for long lasting life and it also makes it “Termite resistant”.

These should not be considered as defects or quality issue, therefor we don’t classify it as defect or quality issue as well as we doesn’t consider it as “Return reason”. Therefore, these are not be considered as grounds for Return request.

5. Regarding “Extra paint” on “Hinges/pillars/Jaali etc.” is due to complete “100% Hand made process” and its visible in images that it is very minimal. Images shown on website are also same, which shows these same things in Mandir. Our team of artist prepares the “Mandir’ with their hand and since they are also human with limited efficiency/skills, it is very common. These should not be considered as defects or quality issue, therefor we don’t classify it as defect or quality issue as well as we doesn’t consider it as “Return reason”. Therefore, these are not be considered as grounds for Return request.

6. Regarding “Change or difference in Hand-carving/handwork” – Our team of artisans try to make same “Hand carving/Jaali/Floral design/Gopuram design/Door design/Pillar design as shown on website but sometimes, there may be slightly variation in the same. It is due to human’s limited efficiency and due to the regular process of up-gradation/improvement. These should not be considered as “different design” issue, therefor we doesn’t consider it as “Return reason”. Therefore, these are not be considered as grounds for Return request.

7. Regarding “Product weight”, weight displayed on product page is just based on estimation and may vary. We offer our products on our website with all details like dimension, material etc. and therefore, Product selection criteria should be its vital specification. Its weight or any other non-vital specification may vary and we don’t sell our products on “Per kg” criteria. Therefore, these are not be considered as grounds for Return request.

DELIVERY
We are able to deliver to most countries. If for some reason we are unable to fulfill your order due to geographical location, we will provide a full refund where payment has already been made. Please click here for details on our delivery charges. Due to the nature of ordering on the Internet it is not possible for you to specify a delivery date.

Free delivery is only applicable for the very first attempt on a visit to your ship-to address. In case of a missed delivery, (from a customer)/ an extra visiting charge would be applicable for later installation.

Our delivery partner shall only deliver the product to the ground floor in the absence of a service lift in your apartment. (if applicable)

Extra charges applicable for weekend or specific time deliveries.

Once the order has reached your nearest delivery center and you fail to receive the products, we would hold the products for 10 days, after this time line, We shall be free to charge for holding the products for longer.

For larger orders, please make sure someone will be available to take delivery of your parcel.

ORDER PAYMENT
Payment online can be made using those methods supported by Third-party. Payment will be debited from your account before dispatch of your purchase. We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure. However, in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from ddassstore.com.

Due to our delivery prices differing from country to country, it is imperative that you choose the correct delivery location when placing an order; failure to do so will mean the order is cancelled.

RETURNS & ORDER CANCELLATION
In case of Return shipment/Product Return, our team provides you with system generated “FedEx Economy service” Airway bill with Pickup confirmation number. We also provide you with Pickup timing and date, as per your request or as per your convenience. After receiving Airway bill, kindly print that Airway bill and paste it on the package. Kindly keep the package ready on time for smoother and hassle-free Pickup.

Never use any other Airway bill for Return shipping because our system is compatible with our Airway bill and any kind of ignorance or mishandling of Airway bill may lead to, delay or denial of refund.

Our liability is limited only towards our system generated AWB. If you use other AWB(not our system generated AWB), then your Refund amount is subject to Actual Return shipping charges and you may get debited for the same.

What is D’DASS’s  3 days return policy? How does it work?

Return request can be accepted only in case where there is a material defect / damage found in the product. In case you receive a damaged product (at the time of delivery), please bring it to the notice of the delivery personnel immediately and put a remark on receipt. Also inform us within 3 working days about the same and we will assess the issue and will get back to you within 3 working days. In case you notice an issue later after opening the package, please write to us within 3 working days at [email protected]. Our team will assess the damage and get back to you within 3 working days. Depending on the degree of damage, we will either repair the product, or offer you a replacement. After 3 days window (in case, you report an issue after 3 working days), we won’t be able to assist you and No claim for damage or breakage will be entertained if lodged after 3 working days from the date of delivery.

No claim for damaged goods can be entertained unless a claim is received in writing at [email protected] within 3 working days of receipt of goods by our customer with the pictures and video of unpackaging of boxes.

If in the opinion of ddassstore.com the Product is defective, the Product may be replaced or any other corrective measure may be taken, as deemed appropriate by the representative of ddassstore.com, to address the issue. However, if in the opinion of ddassstore.com there is no defect in the Product, ddassstore.com shall return the same Product back to You and no further action will be taken. ddassstore.com shall have the sole right to determine whether a Product is defective or not.

What are the shipping charges on International Orders?

For the best customer experience, we are offering free shipping on every product in INDIA. For International shipping, shipping charges will be displayed at checkout page and will be added in final billing. Some of the Product categories are not eligible for international shipping, therefore kindly check “International shipping available” sticker shown on Product page. In case, you place order for International location but that product is not eligible for international location, then our team will send you confirmation mail regarding it. If you want its delivery in India, then we will ship it without any extra charges but if you want it to get delivered at given international address, then “Overseas shipping charges” will be charged. And if you don’t confirm it and want to receive the “Refund”, then we will initiate the Refund after deducting “5 % Payment processing fee”.

All countries are shipped to on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means the product prices displayed are exclusive of all import duties. Any import duties or related taxes are unpaid at the time of placing the order and need to be paid by the Customer at the time of receiving the order . Any such charges are levied by the local Custom authorities, and we at ddassstore.com, don’t have any control over it. We are not liable for any International taxes/duties/Custom charges. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are in, payment of these at the time of delivery is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

How do I cancel my international order?

You can cancel an order until it has been processed at our Warehouse through our Website, Mobile Site or App. This includes items purchased on sale also. Any amount paid will be credited into the same payment mode using which the payment was made. No Cancellation or Changes of International Order is possible once the order has been confirmed and sent into production. It also includes the addition of extra legs, bells, hooks etc. to the Mandir / Wooden Home Temple, Solid wood Mandirs & Furniture products. All Products displayed on our website (Except Furniture) are ‘Ready to ship”.  These International Order items are made to your individual specifications; therefore, we cannot accept cancellation request/returns or exchanges. International items cannot be returned, exchanged or canceled at any time and are nonrefundable. International orders begin production immediately upon order and are built to your specifications. They cannot be cancelled, changed, returned or refunded at any time for any reason.

In case of unforeseen circumstances like Strike/Emergency situation/Covid-19 like disease/Lockdown and its negative impact on availability of human resource, your placed order and especially Solid wood Mandirs, Furniture products, customized goods and Solid Wood Product related orders, may take more time than shown on our website and may also cause delay in dispatch/delivery. These should not considered as service/Non-commitment issue, therefor we don’t classify it as  “Cancellation reason” as well as don’t consider it as “Cancellation reason”.

What is the return policy for International orders? What if, I receive damaged Product ?

Process in case of Damage

Despite all the precautions and our best intentions that our shipment reaches you in the safest possible way, sometimes things are beyond our control. No matter how securely a sculpture or temple is packed, the journey to your doorstep is not in our hands and your cooperation here is of utmost importance.

Steps to observe:

  • If you notice any external damage to the outer packing or suspect something wrong, please make sure to mention it on the delivery slip before accepting the delivery of the package from the logistics provider.
  • Just to be on the safer side, we would go to the extent of recommending you to ask the delivery person to wait if possible while you open and inspect the contents of the package before signing the delivery receipt.
  • If possible, please document the damage using your mobile phone or camera.
  • Do not dispose of the packaging material and keep everything that came with the consignment for the inspection of the shipping company as well as the insurance surveyors.

Once we receive the product, we will process the refund within 3-5 business days. Please note that International Shipping cost and any handling fee/Convenience fee will not be refunded for any reason.

What if I don’t want to pay my international duties and taxes?

If you choose to refuse the delivery of the product for any reason, the refund cost will be made after deducting the import charges, we incur to ship the product back to India, forward shipping charges, we incur to ship the product to you and also any other charges incurred by us regarding the order including but not limited to any demand notice is raised by Indian authority. If the return charges and forward shipping charges are higher than the order refund amount, no refund will be made and necessary action for Recovery will be made. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are in, payment of these at the time of delivery is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
You can cancel an order until it has been processed at our Warehouse through our Website, Mobile Site or App. This includes items purchased on sale also. Customization also includes the addition of LED light, Extra legs, Extra Shelf, bells, doors, Color change request, hooks etc. to the Mandir / Wooden Home Temple, Solid wood Mandirs & Furniture products. These special-order/Made to order items are made to your individual specifications; therefore, we cannot accept cancellation request/returns or exchanges. Personalized items cannot be returned, exchanged or canceled at any time and are nonrefundable. Custom orders begin production immediately upon order and are built to your specifications. They cannot be cancelled, changed, returned or refunded at any time for any reason.

All goods returned must be unused, unopened and in the same condition as they were originally dispatched from ddassstore.com. We will not accept for exchange or refund any item which has been used, or is not in the exact condition in which it was dispatched by us, (unless the item is faulty).

You must contact us by email to confirm which items are being returned. You will be requested to return the goods by FedEx, BlueDart, DHL, delivery (we recommend you get Proof of Posting) and will be required to pay the cost of returning the goods. There will be no refund on the cost of returning the goods, (unless the item is faulty). Any free gifts associated with an item must be returned at the same time. Please return them to the address provided, along with a note of your details and the reason for return. Refunds will be made to the original charged account within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods.

These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
