Warranties:

This product comes with a 6 months warranty which covers manufacturing defects, inherent termites and borer issues.

(Solid wood will contract and expand throughout the life of the product in response to seasonal climate variations and is thus not included in warranty. Therefore, there may be little more gap in Door and Drawers so that seasonal climate effect would not affect usage of the Product.)

For upholstered products, the warranty applies to the frame, padding and mechanisms, if any.

This limited warranty does not apply to the following:

• Normal wear and tear of the product over prolonged use
• Small cuts, scratches or damages due to wrong cleaning methods or impacts/accidents
• Damage caused due incorrect installation/assembly by the customer
• Cracks developed due to displacement of the product
• Fading due to direct exposure to sunlight
• Decaying of wood due to consistent exposure to water
• Upholstery fabrics such as seat covers have no warranty
• Non-standard dry-cleaning procedures or use of harsh chemicals

As per the industry standards, unevenness of up to 5 mm is accepted widely due to differences in floor and surface levels. This is not covered in warranty.

Delivery:

• Our support and delivery teams will be in touch with you for a hassle-free delivery and installation experience.
• Free delivery is only applicable for the first attempt to deliver at your shipping address. If a customer misses this delivery, an extra visiting charge will be applicable for the second attempt.
• In absence of a service lift, our delivery partner shall only make a delivery to the ground floor of your apartment. Extra charges applicable per floor on delivery to the customer’s floor (on request) in such cases.
• Extra charges applicable for weekend or time-specific delivery.

5. Select your bank and enter Credit Card information.
6. Select EMI Plan for Duration 3 Months, 6 Months, 9 Months, 12 Months, 18 Months, 24 Months. Interest charged by the bank for your EMI will be given back to you as a cash back.
7. Standard Interest Charged by the bank, the total amount , interest amount and the EMI amount will be shown before making the payment at the payment Page.

• Understanding your Product:

Accessories shown in the photograph are meant for representation purposes only, and are not part of the actual product. Every Solid Wood Product’s back part is made of “MDF” and other parts like drawer base/other parts may be made of “MDF”.

Furniture products having intricate and hand-painted details have been meticulously created by skilled craftsmen, following on the footsteps of several generations of accomplished artisans. Each piece of such Furniture is, thus, unique, and there is a possibility of slight differences between the picture and the actual product.

• Placing an Order:

Please check the dimensions of your entrance/door to your premise before buying, so that there is no problem in getting the product inside at the time of delivery. In such a situation, we will not be able to accept return or cancellation requests. Certain items require no assembly and can be used as-is. For this, please check the item details. Wherever we assist with assembly, the carpenter visits will be scheduled.

• On Delivery:

On Delivery: Our support and delivery team will be in coordination with you for a hassle-free installation process.

Free delivery is only applicable for the very first attempt on a visit to your ship-to address. In case of a missed delivery, (from a customer)/ an extra visiting charge would be applicable for later installation. Our delivery partner shall only deliver the product to the ground floor in the absence of a service lift in your apartment. (if applicable)

Extra charges applicable for weekend or specific time deliveries. Once the order has reached your nearest delivery center and you fail to receive the products, we would hold the products for 10 days, after this time line, ddassstore.com shall be free to charge or cancel the order.

• Damages:

D’DASS Store’s delivery arrangements to your home have been designed to ensure a zero-damage and hassle-free experience. Please contact us immediately if: You received a damaged or defective product, bring it in the notice of delivery personnel immediately at the time of delivery and report a complaint at customer care at care@ddassstore.com. Damage & defect will be assessed in 72 hours’, and a solution will be provided. If in the opinion of D’DASS Store, the product is broken, it may be returned/replaced, or any other corrective measure may be taken, as deemed appropriate by ddassstore, to address the issue.

Accessories showcased in the image are just to give an idea about the setup. These are not a part of the product, unless specified.

In the case of solid wood based furniture, the wood grain might slightly vary from product to product.

Intricate design or hand-paint might have slight variation between the Studio Picture and the actual product.

In accordance with the different screen settings and resolutions, there might be a minute difference in fabric colour and wood finish between the website images and actual product.

Any missing parts required in the assembly of the product should be immediately notified to the Customer Support team, so that they can be arranged to be delivered to you as soon as possible.
