ddass store is quite awesome form making designer furniture. Its furniture design is always unique. Every furniture is sturdy and well finished. I have bought a Solid sheesham wooden pooja temle last year from ddassstore.com. It is just awesome. They have delivered it on time without any damage. And still I am using it. It does not take time to know that it is of good quality because Its shining is as it is. It is quite reliable. website is very good and takes less time to upload. EMI option is also given onto the website. Customer service is very good. They assisted me very well to order it.
they also provides free shipping, which is quite interesting because it is not an easy task to deliver a furniture.

I was looking to buy a Solid sheesham wooden pooja mandap for home. I checked several online sites for a good deal. And I found it on ddassstore with more options and with more reliable way. I had not purchased on ddass store previously. So I was little apprehensive if the item is fresh and undamaged(as they are giving it lesser than other sites). Also little sceptical about their delivery.Then I decided to dig into google and see the feedback on ddass store. I found pretty good reviews.
To my surprise while placing the order I noticed a 1st discount coupon (Myfirst) also added to my cart. I was happy to use it. The Pooja mandir and Krishna wall art were shipped by ddass store with-in short time of placing the order by FedEx.
The mandir was sent via surface delivery. But it was delivered much before the projected date. On arrival I inspected the box and found it to be one of the best packaging I have noticed. they wrapped the cartoon with bubble cover.(3-4 layers) Then kept this in another cartoon box. They ensured the corners and edges of outer cartoon box is not damaged by sealing them with very hard cardboard pieces. Delivery was so safe and item was in perfect condition.
So overall I am very happy and nothing to complain. I did not have to contact the customer care, because I did not need it once. But product is genuine, price is competitive, packaging is excellent, delivery is prompt.

Earlier I prefer to purchase the furniture from the markets only and to be more honest from the wholesale market as I used to think that the ones available on online are expensive but when I used the ddass store for shopping I was completely surprised.
The stuff available on it was as reasonable as one cant imagine and quality also is great one gets tons of options and have all kinds of varieties of products, now I don’t have to run here and there from one market to the other for purchasing the product. Before placing order, I contacted their customer support and they told me that they have their own manufacturing unit in Jodhpur. And therefore, their products are genuine and at reasonable price. Packaging was excellent and delivery was prompt.
It is very easy to use user friendly, economical saves a lot of time as well as and even it is money saving too.
