How to track my Order?
Once you place an order, you will receive an email and an sms notification with details of the order. From there, you can check the status of your order by clicking on the link provided in the email. You can click on the Track Order section of the website. For that, you will need to provide your Order ID and the Phone Number/ Email ID you have used to place the order.

Once your order has reached the Distribution Center, you will receive a call prior from our delivery team to schedule your delivery.
What should I do if I missed the delivery of my order today?
In case you missed the delivery, the logistic partner will try to deliver the product on the next business day and you will receive a call prior from our delivery team to schedule your delivery.
What should I do if the delivery of my order is delayed?
We try our best to deliver your order on time. In the rare case, it happens that the order has been delayed. For that, our support team will be in touch with you through emails. A new delivery time-frame will be shared with you and you can also track its status by visiting My Orders.
What is the estimated delivery time?
Usually our pooja mandirs are delivered, within 5-7 days & Solid-wood furniture within 4-5 weeks. Kindly check delivery time during placing the order.
What are the payment options which D'DASS Store provides me?
At D’DASS Store, you can shop with any of the following options:
- Visa, MasterCard and American Express Credit Cards. Debit card with major banks.
- Credit Card EMIs (Kotak, SBI, Axis, ICICI, HDFC, Citibank)
- Wallets (Amazon Pay, UPI etc.)
Are there any EMI options available?
EMI Facility is available for all Axis, HDFC, HSBC, ICICI, IndusInd, Kotak, and standard chartered cardholders. The current EMI facility is available for 3, 6, 9, 12 month installments.
Will I be asked to share card information, account information or passwords over phone or email?
D’DASS Store never requests customers to share any of your personal details over email or phone.
How will I know if my order has been placed successfully?
You will receive an email confirmation and an SMS from ddassstore.com once your order is successfully placed. The mail & SMS will have all the details related to your order.
Is it safe to use my credit card, debit card or net banking?
Yes, it is completely safe to use credit card, debit card or net banking while shopping with D’DASS Store.
The color of the product shown on the website/App and the product I received seems different. Why is that?
Please note that as mentioned on our product pages as well, there might be a slight variation in the shade of the actual product and the image shown on the screen, due to the screen resolution and photography effects.
Do you offer Payment on Delivery options (Cash / Card)?
No, we do not offer cash on delivery/card on delivery as payment options.

- Manual form filling: You can manually fill up the form to register yourself by filling the general details.
- Sign up with Facebook: You can also sign up through your Facebook account by clicking on “or continue with facebook”, presented at the below side of the popup menu.
- Sign up through Gmail: You can also sign up through your Gmail account by clicking on “or continue with Gmail”, presented at the below side of the popup menu.

What warranty does D'DASS Store have for its products?
The warranty we offer differs from product to product, based on the materials used. For that, please refer to the warranty tab on individual product pages.
(Solid wood will contract and expand throughout the life of the product in response to seasonal climate variations and is thus not included in warranty.)
However, all the wooden furniture comes with 1 year of warranty. This warranty covers all manufacturing faults and defects. It’s noteworthy that it does not cover wear and tear caused by use, or damage caused by accidents or failure to follow care instructions. The warranty is valid for 365 days from the date of the order and is only available to the original purchaser of the product.
