Cancellation Policy
• What is ddassstore.com’s Cancellation Policy?
You can cancel an order until it has been packed at our Warehouse through our Website, Mobile Site or App. This includes items purchased on sale also. Any amount paid will be credited into the same payment mode using which the payment was made.
• Can I modify the shipping address of my order after it has been placed?
No, you cannot modify the order yourself after placing an order on ddassstore.com Please get in touch with care@ddassstore.com, should you have any shipping address change request. Please note that the shipping address can only be changed before your order has been packed at our Warehouse.
• How do I cancel my order?
You need to be logged into your ddassstore.com account to cancel an order. Once you are logged in, tap on ‘My Orders’ section under the ‘My Account’ section and then select the order you want to cancel.
• I just cancelled my order. When will I receive my refund?
If you had placed the order using Cash on Delivery, there is no amount to be refunded at our end as you haven’t paid for the order yet. For payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking or Wallets you will receive refund (including Shipping Charges) into the ddassstore.com’s account funds within 2 business days from the time of order cancellation. If payment was made by redeeming ddassstore.com store credit, refund will be initiated into your ddassstore.com Credits account within 1-2 days of your cancellation.
